I had a very easy and pleasant purchasing experience with your dealership. However, I now have the equipment that came with the car and need to figure out how to install it.

the normal maint was fine, but when i told them i had a problem and wanted them to trouble shoot it, they did the bare minimum in troubleshooting and just wanted to throw parts at it. 1st suggestion was to throw a $200 part at it then the 2nd part would have been even more w/o being confident in knowing that said part would have worked to fix it in the first place.

I called Richland and got an after hours message and a number to call for emergencies, the call was answered immediately, and towing arrangements to the dealership were made. It’s deeply unfair to see such a well-run, community-centered business suffer because of poor planning and lack of regard for local impact.
