Parts department prices beating kern county Service department very fast repair and friendly, Loranzo very helpful.

The service department always takes good care of us for regular service and maintenance. It seemed like it took and usually long with a 8:00 a.m. drop off to get our vehicle back at 3:00 p.m. from an oil change and tire rotation without the car washed. We appreciate them telling us we could bring the car back to get it washed any other time in the future and the reliable and always professional experience we can count on with everyone in the department.

My car wouldn’t start on a Friday after 5:00 pm. I called Richland and got an after hours message and a number to call for emergencies, the call was answered immediately, and towing arrangements to the dealership were made. This is a huge customer service boost to my decision to buy from Richland instead of Brand X in Bakersfield. Thank You.

The disruption and uncertainty being forced on this long-standing local business is nothing short of an abomination. Richland Chevrolet has been a fixture in the area for years, serving generations of families and contributing to the local economy. It’s deeply unfair to see such a well-run, community-centered business suffer because of poor planning and lack of regard for local impact.

I’m having a problem with my New Vehicle. My panel goes dark when I’m driving. Not only was it not addressed at my oil change when I did request it when I made the appointment. I was told they probably couldn’t tell why unless it happened while it was there. That’s very concerning and disappointing. I’m driving and all my screens go black. And there’s nothing that can be done? My car is a 2026 Equinox

Was very happy with everything

the normal maint was fine, but when i told them i had a problem and wanted them to trouble shoot it, they did the bare minimum in troubleshooting and just wanted to throw parts at it. 1st suggestion was to throw a $200 part at it then the 2nd part would have been even more w/o being confident in knowing that said part would have worked to fix it in the first place.

It was the he kind of experience that I was looking for. Albert, Cameron and Michelle were knowledgeable, made me feel valued as a customer and read into what I wanted. Albert informed me on the EV buying process, Cameron offered a good fair deal on the car and Michelle was professional and efficient with the paper work.

Shop did the repair work I requested while I was gone on vacation so my vehicle will be ready when I return.
